Star Balloons: Sales & Inventory System(SALIN)

Kent IT Solutions presents our system for Star Balloons, a party needs company located at Mindanao Avenue, the Sales and Inventory System(SALIN). The SALIN enables users to create records for clients and products, input the sales entry, bill the client, maintain client's balances in payment, monitors stocks inventory and monitors cash amount in the register.


The user will maintain a record for clients and products for future reference that will be used in billing and reports data. From the said records, the user will use the record for creating a provisional receipt. Once the receipt is created, the inventory of the ordered products will automatically deducted from the inventory list, for inventory monitoring purposes. Also, the program keep tracks of the payment made by the client. In this way, it's more flexible and easier to trace which client(s) has a running balance.



To top it up, SALIN has a wide range of reports that makes this program flexible.From cash sales report, to product inventory report, and even up to client balance report, SALIN simplifies report generation to a whole new level. Just one click, and the desired results can be achieved.


As expected, the software was programmed for all levels of computer literate level. Even a simple encoder can easily learn how to use the software given by it's sleek design, simple butons and CPU-friendly interface.

Programmed under VB.NET language, with SQL Server 2008 as it's back-end. Crystal reports was used for report generation.
