Kent I.T. Solutions proudly presents our system for NBDC, a top tier construction corporation, the Project & Billing system(PROBILL). The PROBLL enables users to input project details, bill clients and executes custom summary reports depending on the time frame that the user desires. It is so convenient and flexible that the user can provide certain reports from billing, check entry dates, diesel consumption of trucks and even client balances.
The user will compile a list of file maintenance for clients, products, PC trucks and accessories. From the list, the user will add project then bill the client for the costs of constructions. Then from the billing data, the program automatically extracts data into a report format that the user needs. As expected, the software is programmed for all levels of computer literate level. Even a simple encoder can easily learn how to use the software given by it's sleek design, simple buttons and CPU-friendly interface.
Programmed under VB.NET language, with SQL Server 2008 as it's backend. Crystal Reports was used for the report generation.
